Pilkingtons pulled me out of a hole today, after my regular supplier cancelled my delivery (that had been booked in for two weeks!) after the prices sky-rocketed with the war in Iran, with an emergency same-day delivery.

Just like to say a huge thanks to Pilkington Oils. I managed to run out of heating oil on a cold Saturday evening. I rang round a number of companies and Pilkington Oils rang me back saying they weren't sure if they could help then at 0630 on Monday morning a tanker with the oil arrived!!! Thanks for getting us warm again so quickly.

I am one of Cliff Crooks ex customers as Cliff has retired from the bulk oil deliveries business. I paced an order Tuesday and was told it would be Friday at the latest, 1300 litres was delivered Thursday morning. I was very impressed with the total service, the vehicle was clean and modern, the driver was excellent at his job, all done inside 10 minutes. So I paid the bill immediately. Happy customer.
